Karin Sandlin is a loyal advocate for her clients. A proven expert in healthcare planning and Certificate of Need preparation, Karin is sought after for her depth of experience.
Karin has prepared over 300 Certificate of Need (CON) applications for a diverse array of healthcare providers. Karin utilizes her background in Public Health to assist healthcare organizations in regulatory affairs and business planning, and improving their organizational performance. Karin has worked with healthcare systems, community hospitals, urban and rural hospitals, investor-owned and not-for-profit systems, hospice and home care providers, and physician groups. She has extensive experience developing need methodologies, performing competitive analyses, and developing strategies for successful Certificate of Need applications. She brings a unique combination of strategic and tactical skills developed through hands-on experience with healthcare providers.
Karin’s education combined with over twenty years of healthcare experience has provided her with a unique aptitude for critical thinking and a high tolerance for change.
Beyond her professional life, Karin enjoys an active family life with her husband and three children. In the pursuit of life-long learning and exploration, Karin enjoys travelling the country with her family in their RV and visiting State and National Parks along the way. Karin also takes great pride remaining active in her children’s school and at church.
